We deliver services for home valuation in the Netherlands
The Expat Services team is professional and very experienced. Our key skills are the valuation of residential property in the Netherlands, development of software for the Dutch real estate sector (PropTech) and an additional understanding of the needs of expats. We are a small Anglo-Dutch team. Some of us are Dutch with combined 40+ years experience with taxaties. Some of us are expats with 20+ years living in the Netherlands. We have 25+ years experience of developing technology solutions throughout Europe.
If you are a company specialising in Expat services in the Netherlands or you are a Makelaar with regular non-Dutch clients, we offer the English Taxatierapport for regular customers whereby you receive a login to our extranet with a dashboard for managing the requirements of your clients. You don't need to use the dashboard, we can also process all of your requests via email, telephone or WhatsApp. We provide a dedicated Account Manager and Helpdesk. We can even offer bespoke solutions on request if you need changes to the English report, or to add your information attached to the report.
